GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Please report any damages, faults, or breakages to Margaret River Holiday Houses. The guest is responsible and liable for any repairs or replacements required after their stay, including stained towels and linen. Any damages to the house will result in additional charges of repairs to your credit card.
NO SMOKING
All Margaret River Holiday Houses are non-smoking inside. Please abide by these rules.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of guests must not exceed the specified number of people confirmed at time of reservation.
PETS
SORRY - Pets are not allowed at most of the Margaret River Holiday Houses ( Apart from Hummingbird House and Lemongum Retreat.)
Impairment animals are excluded to this rule
SECURITY
Guests must always lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property. Please return the keys to lock box upon departure. Loss of keys will incur a $50 fee.
NOISE LEVELS AND COMPLAINTS
Please ensure while enjoying your holiday house you keep noise to a respectable level.
CLEANING
Please leave the property clean and tidy on departure. Please wash and put away dishes or a $25 fee may be charged. Guests leaving houses in unsatisfactory condition may incur an additional cleaning charge.
DEPOSITS
All deposits paid are non-refundable, but are transferable should you need to change your holiday dates.
CANCELLATION FEE
Should you need to cancel your booking completely, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
